Teaching #mindfulness has offered me many blessings, but this one will stay with me: Today, my nearly 90-year-old grandma asked me to teach her #meditation. She believes it could support her at this stage of life and is excited to learn from her granddaughter. We start next week. 🥹🙏

Hey #Canadians! PSA that I found shopping for exclusively Canadian made products at the grocery store today pretty easy. I only made a few small sacrifices, with quality swaps for almost everything, and similar cost. Most shoppers were checking labels too. We got this! #TeamCanada
