There's now a digital bank called Erebor.... Did the owners just pick a fantasy Bank at random and not read the story? Cause Erebor is kinda known for an event involving a dragon and all its treasures taken stolen...

So we just watched You Only Live Twice and we're very confused! The last 3rd of the movie Bond is no longer in the movie and some random 6'2'' Japanese guy with a 5o clock shadow and the accent of a Soviet Submarine Captain takes over for no reason! and the Japanese guys not even in the credits!

"You're the main character in your own story, so if you dont like something then that must mean everyone hate it." - Richard Osman a perfect answer for every time someone asks us "why are you watching this movie? its crap! why not this other movie which is great!"

Is there a show or movie where after watching it with an open mind, you still just dont understand the hype/love it receives? and I dont mean a general contrarian point of view of "insert franchise is too popular". I mean you actually gave it a proper viewing and it just didn't land for you.

Tolkien as bitten by a tarantula as a child, which led to him creating Shelob and Ungoliant, which over time turned into every fantasy genre of anything requiring giant spiders of some kind. So technically, all modern fantasy giant spiders came from that 1 tarantula over a century ago.

I understand its not everyone's thing, especially in the west; but Durian and a cup of black coffee is genuinely a fantastic breakfast. I mean 'really sweet custardy things + black coffee = good' is not exactly a shocking formula, nor is fruit for breakfast.

You know that movie cliche "You'll know when the time is right", after someone is handed a mcguffin, and the receiver has no follow up what so ever but still figures it out? Can you think of a scenario where that could actually work out in real life?
