Some of the sketchbook pages from this week. For a long time I didn't want to waste my sketchbook with my ugly sketches. By doing so, I forgot the most important point. My sketchbook is a playground. The more messy sketches I create, the better I get. It feels like I'm in the right direction.

The heat wave in UK is reminding me of my village back in India. During summer holidays the weather usually goes up to 36°c, yet my neighbor kids and I used to play outside almost all day. I have no idea how I survived the heat. All I remember are laughter, mangoes &popsicles. #art #childrensbook
