So, I'm British, and many of our traditional foods are stodgy carbs filled with more carbs, but mushy peas are a crime. Granted, I dislike peas in any form, but *why* would you mash them into some grim lumpy paste that will inevitably be lukewarm by the time you eat it?

While I am slightly sad to have left the birdsite just as I had found a community, I am looking forward to finding even more wonderful writers. (Please do recommend me your favourite stories!)
