A small tip for those who are trying to lose weight for being as healthy as you can. If you don’t want to use sugar, but hate stevia (aftertaste) I suggest using coconut sugar! (Unless you are allergic) because it’s healthy, and it melts really well for iced coffees!

Y'all need to stop telling people how to eat. I'm autistic with ARFID Yes I can eat certain veggies. Yes I can eat leafy greens. But I prefer my safe foods. Buttered noodles, fried chicken, stroganoff, butter chicken curry, etc. It's not healthy, yes, but at least I'm eating! Isn't that what counts

As an autistic individual, I have PDA (Pathological Demand Avoidance) So I get anxious or overwhelmed or even upset when I get told what to do. Anything from "please do the dishes" to "can you do all the laundry?" And I do the complete opposite.

This brings me so many memories of me and my DS Lite. The train parts are my favourite!!
