Challenge: most of the door hardware upstairs in our 1909 house are original/vintage, which is super charming, but not practical. Already picked new lever-style knobs for the entire house so my next step is clear…. Never refilled and redrilled a door before, but I got several to do…

Portland bound this week for closing on the house! My car is riding about 1 inch lower in the back. Tools, sling stand, magic cards, the weight adds up. Would you believe I fit 2 saw horses in there? 🤣

New tires, alignment, etc… All the employees here are super hot. 🥵

Best day ever, I got fired

Everything amazing is happening all at once and I’m sitting in my car outside work crying in happiness and disbelief. Gotta try to collect myself, go back inside in 20 minutes, and meet with people I consider friends whose jobs just got much worse.

I actually fucking did it. Hard to believe. 🤯

Having a “Oh shit, I’m really doing this!!” moment. Wish me luck, I think I need it. Confidence low, stress high, and a lot riding on this. I guess I gotta trust myself like others trust me.

Brought old friends up from the basement for a health check as my personal odometer reads 49.9999… Forgot how much I hate this version of Dry Dry Desert. The sand hole is brutal. Had to remember the daisy chain trick to get the Wii menu to work without the “light bar” Game still rocks in 480p

Thankfully it seems we passed surprise morning backyard inspection.

And while the raccoons are cute and all, they knock over our plants (and gnomes), so I spent a few minutes building a gnome-fortress, so they have a chance against the raccoons. 🤣
