The federal government spends more than $1.1 trillion a year to fund more than 130 anti-poverty programs. Yet 36.4 million Americans, including 11.6 million children, still live below the poverty line. Neither Biden nor Trump are talking about this. They should be. More in my latest blog for FREOPP.
