I feel so overwhelmed by the state of the world that I stared at a wall full of body wash at the store for 20 minutes and went home without buying any because I didn’t have the executive function to make the decision of which to buy. I bought chips instead.

So one of the frustrating things about having #myalgicencephalomyelitis is that the joy, accomplishment and cathartic release I got from writing my symphony yesterday means my legs don’t work today and I have to use my arms and mobility aids to drag my body around.

Also, I just wrote my first symphony! For a random assortment of instruments including piano, flute, trumpet, violin, viola, cello and harp. I feel like I’ve just had an exorcism and all the chaos in my head is now in a score. I should sleep like a baby tonight!
