Today I am making braised short ribs with a side of braised carrots and mashed potatoes. Yesterday I made three pies: a mock mincemeat pie, a cherry pie, and a gluten free pear-apple-raisin pie. With left over crust and an odd coconut-cherry crumble I made a bar of dark chocolate and marshmallows.

So, it turns out I've run out of Thinking Units (TU). Usually I manage to make it through then end of the year with a few left over but not this year. I am pretty sure I ran out around December 15th.
