開新帳想順便在這邊紀錄平常看書看電影的心得(很隨意的那種) 昨天去看鋼琴家們的秘密煉金術，主要是討論如何演奏的音樂家訪談集合，雖然主題是音樂，但以創作領域來說很多精神都是共通的。印象特別深的是用身體表達的討論，表演的真正動能來自身體、內在的東西，手的演奏只是執行的媒介，就像油門能讓車開動，卻不是車子的動能來源。 最近對於身體作為我們與世界連結的管道這件事越來越有感受。從一年前開始上瑜珈課，以及讓自己慢下來生活，做家事等等，都有助於找回與身體的連結，慢慢能幫助放下過度專注在頭腦的焦慮狀態。除了情緒穩定以外，也發現其實頭腦越放鬆，感受反而會變得越靈敏、對周遭的反應也會變快。
