While people from across the state were testifying about the need for critical funding for kids with cancer, child abuse victims, and public safety, House Republicans were in the next room bragging about slashing it.

When asked by reporters about the lack of outreach prior to the cuts, Hall indicated that wasn’t their concern. “I don’t think that our caucus has a responsibility to reach out to these groups,” Hall said.
