Jake Lang, a J 6th insurrectionist who swung a bat at capital officers, came back to Minneapolis. His second visit since fleeing after getting attacked by protestors while attempting to burn a Quran. This time, he opted to do a "press conference" drive by as he was swarmed to the song ICE ICE baby.

The coalition against ICE in Minnesota is a big tent. Liberals, conservatives, socialists, libertarians, and those who desire to just grill and be left alone. It helped that this protest had no leader. But just posting a graphic online is enough to get the city on the streets when you have momentum.

As ICE performed immigration raids, or drove about Minneapolis, locals would often greet them with whistles warning neighbors of their presence. This shrill screeching was punctuated with insults, anger, comparisons to the FSB, and demands to leave the neighborhood from their own front doorstep.

There is often little rest for ICE agents in Minneapolis. Trumpets blare, horns scream, whistles shriek, while pots and pans bang about. Noise protests do their best to keep ICE awake so they aren't able to get comfortable. Once dispersed, they find the next hotel, and repeat.

ICE agents outside a courthouse park illegally before being confronted by parking enforcement and leaving. ICE often waits outside of courthouses to detain those leaving their immigration cases. Could locals treat the law like ICE agents do? Whether its traffic law, or an officer involved shooting.

While filming outside the Whipple building, the central node of ICE activity in Minnesota, I met Tom. A veteran, union worker, and self proclaimed "Nazi Hunter". He yelled vulgarities at whoever left or entered federal property. Note: This is my favorite interview of the whole film.

The combat engineers I was embedded with in Kherson showed me a downed FPV drone that was strapped with explosive and shrapnel. These types of drones regularly hunt and stalk the city streets of Kherson, becoming a feature of the "Human Safari" as it has become popularly known.

Excavators are used to dig trenches for infantry to burrow in as shells fly overhead, which would otherwise take much more time and manpower to dig. Ukrainian engineers are not saved from the dangers of the invasion while building fortifications. Drones hunt them all the same.

Across occupied Ukraine, Baptist congregations have had their churches shut down while their pastors are viewed with suspicion. This has led to instances of persecution for the Christian denomination that doesn't follow the religious doctrines favored by the state.

A local store clerk in Kherson talks about the experience of having mortars bomb the area around her shop, and her belief that is it connected to them flying a Ukrainian flag outside their shop.

Uprisings in southern Syria have expanded out of the control of Damascus, as reports circulate of Assad fleeing Syria with his family (unconfirmed). With Russia's hands tied up in Ukraine, and Hezbollah still licking it wounds, this might really be the end of the Assad dynasty.

Assad's regime is retreating from the city of Hama towards Homs. Rebels continue to march southward after the lighting fast capture of Aleppo. Will likely be in Hama soon. Feels like watching rotten wood collapse after being given a sturdy kick. Hard for to register how much everything has changed.
