I have entered the modern faction world. Much to the joy of my kids, I have worn out my cheap croc knockoffs and look what they got me for Father’s Day! How do I look? 🌞

Devilishly handsome, fitness coach, Mr. Fixit, groundskeeper, janitor, custodian..yes..all true. But I feel the greatest thing I do around here is cook. I wonder if years from now, the kids will remember the anticipation of looking in the fridge to see what dad made. 👨‍🍳🌞

My basement is not air conditioned. It’s warm, humid and sweat is rolling down my body. It’s one of the great feelings of working out nude. 🏋️‍♂️🌞

I bought this tub of coconut oil from Costco but my wife doesn’t want me cooking with it. Can’t let it go to waste so I did a little research and turns out, it’s great for your skin! So..I put it in squeeze bottles..and look who’s super moisturized! 💪🥥🌞

Good Saturday morning! No dust settling on me. After a week where my only cardio was cooling off in the lake, I have to get some steps in. A week of my mother-in-laws mai tai’s, martini’s and desserts have make me fat. Perfect weather for a nude walk. 🏃‍♂️🌞

I’m sure you all know about my sunflower crop. I grew them from seeds. Handed a few out to my daughter’s friends. My two best were easily two feet tall. Well..
