. The biggest change since then is that thousands of people have lost access to SNAP. In retrospect, we should have kept this.

Last month, our CEO gathered with local food advocates to send a message to the governor that DTA needs more staff. People can't get help with food when they can't reach a SNAP caseworker. Currently, fewer than 10% of calls reach a live caseworker. This must change.
