Unemployment going well so far 💯

I mostly scorepost in the life4 discord these days, but I got world rank last night! It was a pretty big effort for me that required a lot of concerted effort and chart study. Pictured are my final top 90, as well as some highlights along the way from the last few months!

MotL flights got way cheaper since I last checked so decided to go to chill even though I doubt I’ll get off the ddr waitlist. But doing voltex, and being unemployed I feel like I have way more energy to meet people and hang out so should be sick!

just got home from 1 week lake vacation with friends, only home for 1 week before 1.5 week trip to Japan 😮

first session in new lighter shoes today and I was shocked how big of a difference it made. I played 12(!) 17s and 3 18s and it felt not terrible? Maybe it’s uppers season…

really good session today, I actually felt pretty good playing some easy 17s which hasn’t been the case lately. Kinda knew I could PFC red but the MA greatly exceeded expectations! No more love also pretty crispy

I got my 1st ever PUC in arcade 😮, I have a few 17s playing at home but this isn’t one of them either!

grinding nasty 14s today with @ambones.bsky.social! triperfect sucks!! chocolate planet was last set last song and I almost played the 12 cause I was super tired but clutched it out

Kinda struggle sesh today but it was crowded af so hard to focus, shit happens. Still got a few good raises. A normie walked up and tried to swipe in while I was midsong on a remote card draw too 🫠

Was feeling pretty winded this session, but I managed 2 new 15s in my last set so can’t complain too much. At 98 now, gotta figure out what to do for #100. Step this way probably pfcable on a bit better day

return to form on the crossword grind this month, did em all and only had to cheat on a handful (blue ones I checked stuff or looked up at the end, gold ones were clean)

last night I leaned over weird to put something in my laundry hamper in the dark and somehow smacked my face on a piece of furniture so hard that now I have a gnarly black eye. this is like the dumbest way i've injured myself maybe ever?
