Running late with the September snake, will try to get to that as soon as I can, September was a bit of an interesting month.

BUT WHAT I MAKE A SECOND ART POST TODAY HUH WOAH I was sad that Mightyena wasn't the one who got a blood moon form in gen 9 and a friend was curious what "blood moon mightyena" would look like if I made it so I wanted to try and see what I could think of and I ended up making this monstrosity.

Snake of month 8! Jockington finally grew that bear-wait just a damn minute...

When choosing snakes to draw, I quickly thought of these two but also thought "wait a minute...let them fight" and have it be a double snake project representing two months at once. Here we have Viper from Kung Fu Panda as the snake for June and Rattlesnake Jake from Rango as the one for July.

Okay so the double snake project for both june and july is just gonna be a few days late because I didn't realize I was drawing arguably the 2 most complex looking snake characters in the selection I am determined to make sure this doesn't turn out to be like how the dragon project went however 🫡

So I will say this for this month, the next snake piece will be a double whammy with two snakes on it, serving as both a june and july piece. So I'm likely not going to post it just yet this month but I might give like a preview to atleast see one of the snakes chosen.

So despite Medusa coming first, this was the first character I thought of with "y'know they don't all have to actually be snakes". Snake of May is the legendary Solid Snake who is sneaking to get his invitation, seemingly unaware it's meant for him. Or maybe he is aware and he just likes the thrill.

Here we are, the fourth snake! Mr Snake from The Bad Guys while also featuring Mr Wolf who is ready to surprise him with what he's been invited to. It is also making Mr Snake feel uneasy. I probably should've waited til August since that when the sequel comes out but I realized like halfway through

Not just snakes, but snake themed characters are also on the table for this project! Went with Medusa Gorgon from Soul Eater for March's entry.

And here we have our snake for the month of February! Rattly from Donkey Kong Country 2, leaping for joy high above the green sky of one of his bonus levels. The bonus this time being his invite! The cartoony eyes were very fun to take a crack at.

Year of the dragon project sadly could not be completed, the mailman fell into an Ultra Wormhole and we are trying to get him back out. I couldn't finish my dragon project for this year sadly for varying reasons but I did want to give it some sort of send off.
