Sampling and cupping a ton of different coffees for our next drop. It’s down to only a few options. Focusing on picking one coffee to highlight is hard, but makes it feel that much more intentional. ❤️

Cupped a new sample yesterday. A watermelon co-ferment from Colombia. It was a really special coffee. Fantastic.
