My town in my electoral has the third highest population and currently the third lowest voter turn out. Hardly surprising given the poor choice of candidates.

I had to explain to someone yesterday how "cracker," as an insult, is nothing to with the colour of the a cracker. This was to a person who deals with racial issues!

I changed the location of where my next book is set. "It'll be easy!" I thought, thinking I'd only need to change stuff in the first chapter, but no! I forgot that some characters mention the area a number of times throughout the entire book! Bugger!
