DEADLINE next Monday, 11th August. Between Sept 2023 & Sept 2024, vehicle numbers in London's ULEZ zone increased from 1.97m to 2.1m. NO2 has reduced considerably, but there's still more to do. We need a higher, fairer congestion charge, to ensure less traffic and less #AirPollution.
