Outcry over the NMC fee increase. When a regulator doesn't listen, when a regulator believes it's opinions are right and when a regulator doesn't believe it needs higher scrutiny and accountability on previous spending, we are entering dangerous times #Handsoffourfees

Well, if the NMC keeps ignoring feedback and thinking money is the only problem, they'll never know what "effective" looks like. It's like trying to improve a sinking ship with more buckets instead of fixing the holes.

Well, if we want to know if our fees are being spent correctly, we just have to follow the money! Keep an eye on those high salaries, watch those expenses, and make sure those external contracts are worth it!

NMC must ensure that witness statements are thoroughly vetted for accuracy. Registrants have the right to raise concerns about the validity of witness statements without fear of retribution. It is crucial for the integrity of the process.
