Obviously, Agent Venom is a story arc about many things : addiction, abuse, self-esteem, the way we bond with people but also, to take the focus of Peter' hands and eyes help us to see how self-centered he can be. How the hero can't help but keep that title for themself.

When I think about the *best* Spider-Man stories there's a lot I can think of and Venom (by Rick Remender) is one of them. Why? Well, it's a great non-Spidey focus story which makes it that more interesting. To see everything through Flash' eyes, when he was always in the audience, is a cool shift.
