A few thoughts on today's SCOTUS ruling in Slaughter 1. It was an honor to serve under Becca at the FTC, fighting for ordinary people against unprincipled companies large and small. The case was bigger than her, but a real person fought through. I know it was hard, and she deserves all our thanks.
