DoH, HTTP 1.1 and Brazil Does anyone have any insight as to why DNS over HTTP (DoH) connections in Brazil are so biased towards HTTP 1.1? Our working assumption is that there’s some CPE, prevalent in Brazil, causing this statistical quirk. Any insights?
