#Jocktober 8th. Another #Humpday 🍑 Today’s pull for the jock drawer was my red Coyote brand jock. I like the athletic style/stripes. It’s quite comfy and nice form fitting, the pouch could be a little bigger but it’s not uncomfortable. It really emphasizes the bubble butt. 🙃

#Jocktober 7th: This is a better photo I took last month of the jock that I randomly chose for today while on a work trip. 😉 It’s actually a double feature day, since I have this red Awry jock as a jock/thong combo (pictured) as well as just a jock (wearing today). Very comfy 😝

If you had 3 weeks of your evenings open up, and 1.5 of those weeks also no work. What would you do? Context: I’m taking another burnout prevention week and a half soon and have a lot more free time on my hands the next few weeks. Trying to decide what I should do and how I should spend it! 😊

#Jocktober 5th: Today’s random pull from the jock drawer was this super comfy Teamm8 jock. Not a lot of effort in photos composition today, because it was an errands day. But, I was informed by a trusted source that this was a good photo, so hopefully you all appreciate it too 😉

#Jocktober the 4th. No. 4 is not necessarily my favorite jock… I have it in orange as well and like that one better but the pouch is a little less structured than I’d expect. However, I do like the thickness of the waistband and the laces in the front. It just gives it more uniqueness and style. 😝

#Jocktober 2nd = #jockstrap no. 2 Olive and Army green are a couple favorite color of mine to wear, as a gingery person 👨🏻‍🦰. You’ll notice throughout this month that I have a few in those colors 😋. This particular piece is one of my new favorites, for sure.

This migraine really shat on my mental health and sleep reset day. 🥲 Thankfully it’s almost the weekend and I don’t have any meetings scheduled for the morning, which never happens. Hoping for some relief and sleep soon. 🤞 My new shirt this week has been fitting.

Taking a very necessary mental health/sleep recovery day. So far, the consensus is that I need to do this more often. My sleep has significantly degraded over the past 2 years and even with 7-8 hours I wake up tired. Last night I hit ~10 hours and I feel semi-normal. But definitely want a nap 😴

Lack of solid sleep, a 10 hour day of back to back meetings, and then rugby practice right after... Today is gonna be a trying day for sure 😅. But it’s #HumpDay! So, there’s cause to celebrate. Enjoy some throwbacks from a work trip where I was bored with a pile of undies and a camera 😉😘

Summary of my week off: One week off isn’t enough to get rid of burn out. However, it’s rare to get a full week to yourself (husband out of town and friends working) and I enjoyed my time. I let my neurodivergence run wild, unmask, let loose, listened to my body, got out of the house. Very happy 😊

Can someone please tell my body and mind that they need more than 3-4 hours of sleep? They clearly aren’t listening to me the past few days 😅. With all the rain coming today, hopefully it’ll be a nap day. 🤞 Hope ya’ll are having a great, restful, and fabulous week. 😘

First Howell Park day this year. I really need to come here more! Sad it took a “burnout prevention” week to get me here. I love a good nude beach day in the PNW. 🥰

I am taking a week off mid August because I’m feeling burn out at work. I need ideas on what to do for that week to reset that isn’t my normal “videogames and dissociate”. I already am planning to gym but what else should I be doing? 😆

Today is the first day in over a month that I’ve actually felt some form of motivation and haven’t been just going through the motions and dissociating. I’ve been mentally and socially drained since Pride and lots of work. Here’s to hoping that continues throughout my day of 8 hours of meetings 😅

Workin’ my Puff into Tuff. I took nearly 5 years off from the gym. It started because I didn’t have a good way during Covid, then it built to insecurities and frustration due to reduced strength and muscle mass. I’m still getting the strength back slowly, but finally seeing muscles again! 💪 🥰
