I’m making a pot of ham and white bean soup for my nurse daughter to take to work tonight for her co-workers on the night shift. After the heavy politics lately, it feels nice to rest, regroup, and serve others.

I hope that tonight, You rest easy knowing that your energy is vibrant and needed. This energy is received by those around you on a daily basis, and we are all lucky to be within its reach. Find peace when you close your eyes, and bathe in everything the dream world has to offer. Until tomorrow💙

3/ your soul and emotional well being and it counts. Lift yourself up a bit, it’s not selfish, you are worthy of feeling ok , safe or hopeful , even if for 10 minutes a day. Be kind, not only to others, be kind to yourself.

Arizonans, be careful if you’re hiking along the lower Salt River. There’s a pair of mountain lions hunting and killing the wild horses. They just killed a foal this past week. They’re doing what mountain lions do, so be aware around that area.

In these crazy times- allow yourself the time to refresh your mind with that which gives you peace.
