Obligatory repost of this, I really do hate that AI Ghibli stuff. Studio Ghibli’s movies are obsessed with creation and nature. The Wind Rises with its main character obsession with building and designing planes, Princess Mononoke’s relationship with nature are all important parts of their films.

Tell me your favorite Ghibli movies! Mine has to be either Grave of the Fireflies or Ponyo, they're very different from one another but both capture things I love and adore. I love the beautiful colors and sea of Ponyo, but I also love the tragic story within Grave of the Fireflies.
