Been doing a lot reflection this past yr Healing old things & noticing others for example: My weird need to turn every passion project into a monument of pressure tied to my very concept of identity As I work through changing that - I'm trying to remove that tendency from GameDev.

On a related note... Do any of you #GameDev peeps know of an online tool for creating fictional elevation maps? I would be cool to play with something to get a terrain shape I like before trying to actually create a model.

Wanted: Suggestions for: Learning to make a terrain "base" model with nice drivable hills... That I can place my city buildings & streets on seamlessly... And be able to find/address the nearest street & maybe even individual lanes. #gameedev

I wasn't going to say anything but a few days ago I opened Godot. I blocked out a single level for a one scene jam style game. Haven't made a character controller or anything else but... I opened Godot. gamedev but no "real" coding.
