So uhm idk if I ever talked about it, but I‘m finally working on the prologue of my (hopefully) longterm comic project Ginreapers since a while 👉👈

Out of the Ginreapers - definitely Grigo, since he's the most competent overall, wouldn't blame me for even getting into the situation, keeps calm and most importantly did learn survival skills (e.g. He's the only one to know CPR 🫡) And even if he failed, I‘d feel comforted in my final moments lol

Manfred: 22nd of August 1961 Hellmuth: 4th of October 1961 (His birthday‘s really close, just saying 👀👀👀) Mo and Grigo: They don‘t have set dates yet, but they share the same day sometime in March or April, except Mo was born in 1960 and Grigo in 1958

My fave hack for coming down from my occasional hubris trip is showing people, who usually praise my work to no end, my work WITHOUT telling them it’s mine and then bathe in their unfiltered harsh critique 😎👍

Manf: Don‘t have any canon diagnosis (Besides farsightedness. And acne if that counts) for him in „Ginreapers“ yet (he will have some though); in „Otter Horror“ he has chronic back pain from a stage accident, depression and probably PTSD Hellmuth: Nothing canon either; later lore’s pretty spoilery

Kiddo Manfred was never seen without his plush Teddington. Let‘s just say he‘s still traumatized by his mother burning him „alive“. He later gets a bear keychain by Hellmuth for his 18th birthday and Manf would definitely hunt down anyone who stole it/search it everywhere til he died of exhaustion.

Okay, maybe Hellmuth would more be the guy to run to Grigo screaming to catch it, so he can admire it in a jar like a pet. And Grigo would be like „Yeah, just so you can open the lid in a rush of recklessness and run back screaming at me to catch the damn thing >:T Nah, we gonna throw it out NOW!“

Manfred would let it chill if it‘s far away enough (and doesn‘t bully him) - til it approaches him, then he either throws shoes or runs to Grigo screaming to end it. Hellmuth would find it super cool and approach it - til it approaches him back, then he runs to Grigo screaming to throw it out.

[1/10] Manfred wouldn‘t really call himself a travelling fanatic. His mother never took him on vacation during summer break/holidays, which gave him plenty of time to explore and appreciate his local attractions, for more far away or even fictional places he had books.

I keep forgetting the Ginreapers have a catchphrase they use at like every concert after talking after the first song of the show and every so often „LET‘S GET GINISTER!!“ blares through my ADHD brain like a vine audio and I have to resist blaring it out irl cause NOONE will get the reference 😔

Also, it‘s so tragic to have headcanon voices for your OC, but no clue WHERE you even picked that voice up. Is it someone from the media? Is it a random irl person you only met once? Did you make it completely up somehow? Either way, there‘s no way you can make people listen to your „vision“ 🥲

It‘s a running gag that Mo‘s uncle Holmger constantly claims his nephew‘s childhood hobby was bowling instead of rowing. (He genuinely thought so in the time he didn’t really care about Mo, but when they got closer in later years, he kept it as a joke.)

I mean…his father was the one who forbid him to continue with rowing in his youth, which was his only source of joy during that time period, and was just a horrible person to Mo in general, so I guess everyone would have understood.

Last day at my job today. Gonna miss it for sure, I‘m not gonna have the chance to ask a boss „Btw, what do you do for a living? 🤨“ without getting consequences anytime soon. They‘re all so chill here.

The irony of Holmger constantly getting the existential dread, given he‘s my only OC so far who will reach an age over 100. Even more ironic he‘s in his late 30s/early 40s here. In a way I feel sorry for him, not sure if he can really live in the moment with mr reaper in the back of his head 24/7 😭
