Fucking hell. I like going through the Release Radar list on Spotify each week, but with the rise of AI generated music, it is a terrible experience. Out of the 30 songs on the list, 10 was either for certain or with high likelihood AI generated.

How To Train Your Dragon (2025) is almost identical to How To Train Your Dragon (2010).scene by scene, frame by frame, line by line. There were very few tweaks. Do you want something different? You will be disappointed. It is the exact same movie, full stop.

I have some truly fat, juicy spiders in and around my house at the moment. They must be well fed. The one in the shed, I am sure will give an audible crunch if crushed. And its web is dense enough to hold quite (relative) large pools of water. It is somewhat fascinating to look at.

I am the worst programmer, I want to do all the "illegal" things. (Ab)use functionality where it is not intended? Yes. Use reflection? Hell yes. I have way too much fun doing it in an efficient and elegant way (so it stays maintainable).

Sometimes wonder if I get too provocative at work. That I play too much leader, without being it. Even if I find the opposite decision to be dumb and counterproductive, maybe I should tone it down a nudge xD

I sometimes wonder how it would be to have a 8-16 job, which isn't a constant struggle to find solutions and prevent dumb decisions. I would probably be super bored after a short while xD

That was another trip around the sun, and got special for another reason. Overall it was quite an alright day ^^

The joy of owning a house: having to fix stupid solutions from the previous owner. ... I am having fun though, even if I am quite vocal about the shit is stupid while working xD

Moved today, had colleagues help me (they offered, I didn't ask). Two hours, quick and efficient. Even with the large furniture or my giant TV. No complaints, just went at it. I definitely owe them cake.

Well, today certainly turned into an interesting day at the office. Panic, doom, and gloom, but I believe the dust has settled for now xD

Has spend a lot of time working on my home the last week, and mostly, I don't mind my coming bedroom is a work zone. Haven't minded having to remove the old carpet, or the old wallpaper. It is quite some work, but don't really mind.

I am so tired of the AI slop on Spotify. I hate having to have to look up almost all names on my weekly "Release Radar" to block them. I get it, they often generate something which I could listen to. Which also makes the betrayal so much greater. The voice often is what gives it away.

God damn day, my perfectionism, anxiety, and work ethics xD I completed my task well enough, and can finally go to bed. It only ended in... About double time today?

Oh look, a night where I can't fall asleep. Not like I need it or anything. Only got a very annoying issue to solve tomorrow at work, definitely won't require me to be at my brightest.

Got lots of baking done this weekend (thank you @refr.bsky.social <3), planning to bring it to work. I hope they appreciate it. I like making that small snack/cookie table for December. Did last year as well. Might be told to not do it again, as it is technically against the rules xD

I am so adult now. I have a mortgage. Signed the papers for that today, all other papers and insurance has already been sorted and signed a while back. I am all ready for getting my house :D

Disappointed, but not surprised...

Pondering deleting my Twitter account. I don't interact with anything, it is mostly just used to view posts. Which sometimes need an account an account because whatever, even for SFW. But I also really dislike the coming changes, and want to use it as the last push to really leave.

Another #Eurofurence has come and gone. Another roller coaster of emotions. Another flood of friendly faces, new and old. I am tired but smiling. We did good, we can be proud. Now to finish up the last things, and put a conclusion to EF28 - and then start working EF29 :)

Last few days before EF at work will be chaos. I need to finish a bunch, and it is bordering to impossible. I don't get to go on vacation with that nice feeling of not leaving anything unsolved. Several things will also just stop until I am back. Yay?

Satisfactory 1.0 is live! Been looking forward to this, and do a bunch of planning and automating again! .... Aaand i start by artisinal crafting everything, because I can't automate power yet xD

Took me long enough to finally put some stuff into my profile. Mostly just copy/paste, but hey. Now there is something! That was kinda my personal limit on starting to use this site more actively.
