I'm finally ready to move on from Fighting Games. I just don't have the drive; win/lose it's just not doing it for me anymore. The arcade stick I bought is just getting dusty and I'm planning on giving it to my brother. I prefer playing on keyboard.

My fixation for 3DCG art comes from when I watched Barbie movies as a kid. She was one of my childhood crushes.

Can't help but relate to the MC. I did the whole emo thing when I was younger and I too had someone special leave me. It screwed me up until I found a new girlfriend when I was in senior high. Nowadays I just laugh about it cus' it could be plot of a VN.

Every time I'm about to finish a VN, I pour one out so I don't get sad when it's over. Idk why but after 3-4 shots of vodka and I was still able to draw on my journal.

There's drawing a fan art of a very niche media, and there's me drawing probably the second fan art of the game. Come to think of it, there's isn't much 2d fan art in AVNs cus' most of the artists in the community have 3D as their medium.

I'm a masochist aren't I. Heartworm hit me emotionally last week, now Leap of Faith comes in to deliver the final blow. My heart can't take this beat so I'm gonna play something more light hearted this month. On the bright side, I'm more motivated to draw.

What does original interpretations of public domain characters count as: Fan Art or Original? The answer probably both but I wanna know to what extent.

It'd be funny and tragic if I just draw the ending of my OCs "manga" that I made in high school. Like straight up no context and pretend I've been making them for 15 years. Technically I've been making their stories though with little success. I guess I want closure and move on.

There's a song that has been stuck on my head for a while. I can't find the original so I've been listening to brainrot version for weeks now 😭 No point on asking the author of the brainrot song. They like to claim they it's original but I can hear LiSA, NICO and mizuki on there other works.

I just finished Heartworm!!! 😭😭😭 Not bad for my first playthrough. I shouldn't have spent a long time on the Abandoned House and backtracked at save points in Wilderness. I can see myself 100%-ing the game but for now, I'm just gonna let everything sink in.

Almost done with Heartworm, I think. I already got the 3rd item in the Clock Tower. It reminds me of when I was collecting Tarot Cards in Rotfront. It's one of those levels that'll test you but feels easier cus' of the previous levels you had to go through. I'm glad I learned to juke in RE.

I like how Fighting Games can show who is actually good or not based on their Offline Tournaments and big Online Tournament results,. Ranks are very inacurrate cus' most people are boosted and cheaters. I can easily tell someone is a scrub at Tekken based on their movement.

The way I've been playing Heartworm reminds of the way I've played SIGNALIS. Taking all the things in, one chapter at a time with long breaks. I want everything to sink in as much as possible. Every time Sam talks, it just hits me in the gut emotionally.

How much would an 5x7 traditional ink drawing would sell? I remember selling my old pieces for $2 cus' was trying to get rid of it. This time, I want to keep the original pieces as long as possible until it gets the right owner.

I just finished After the Inferno today. Now I know why Projekt Passion was so good. The story was well-written and the visuals were nice but they looked a bit dated at times. It certainly gave my AVN fix this month.

I'm considering learning BJJ. I wanna be physically active, an hour of full body exercises and kickboxing isn't cutting it for me anymore. + I need some form of grappling cus' I don't know how to transition after taking down someone. MMA is one of my favorite hobbies.

I just started playing Heartworm, and I got hit with the same melancholic feeling as I had on the Penrose in SIGNALIS or the school in 1000xRESIST.

It's been a while since I've posted something original. Today is my 8th Year Anniversary.

I go by their names nowadays. Easier for me to distinguish people I've known for my whole life vs the people who've met me through my art.

What do you folks do with your old artworks? I have no problems deleting my pieces but it's kinda nostalgic looking at them sometimes. It's probably best if I just keep the best ones and delete the rest.

So hard to play fighting games when you're not caught up with updates. I can't even buy DLCs now so what's the point. I've been moving on from a lot of things this year. Shame Fighting Games has to be one of those things. I tried playing today, even against the CPU it's not fun anymore.

Throwback to the leverless Arcade Stick I was trying to make. I play fighting games left-handed and placed on the table.

Mood rn. I'm wanna give up and start fresh. Come Saturday, I'm gonna update all of my socials and start rebranding. Build an audience that are there for my art, not for when I post stuff from their fandom. Make stuff for the people who care.

There's a considerable difference to my art when I get rid of the lineart. It's like I should've been painting in the first place. I've been complacent and haven't been pushing myself after 2023. I love some of my recent works but they just don't hit as hard as when I made these pieces.

I finally secured a Steam Wallet for Heartworm. I couldn't play the game on release cus' of the whole Paypal BS. I played the DEMO so far. I will play the whole game once I finish Nadia.

Yesterday I had an Aha moment. For a long time, I couldn't replicate the gradient map tricks that artists on PS use, in CSP. I had enough so I made a screenshot when one of them opened their gradient map setting. I color picked their gradients and it made my 2 hours process 30 mins.
