I finally got a new pen tablet! Sadly I still don't have a stable PC to draw on yet but things are looking good. Took me an hour to get adjusted, the drawing surface is much larger than what I'm used to. Nonetheless I've been drawing for a few hours now.

The best games are the ones you've played and still remember long after you've finished it. I still remember 100%-ing Half-Life 2 this year and that time I beat SIGNALIS on Survival with limited inventory space.

Today is finally a good day, not perfect but I'm getting back into the creative groove. Wrote some stuff for my Project A, printed some sketch cards for myself to draw on and made progress on a lot of IRL stuff. Finally got a break.

Marvel Rivals was a mistake. If their art style wasn't good, I wouldn't have stuck around for a long time. Otherwise the rest of the game I've played was so fun.

Making posts on the mobile Patreon app is a nightmare. The text ui covers the last 2 lines of your paragraph, so good luck remembering the context of what you've written and fuck you, you can't select them too cus' the ui is blocking them.

Things seem to be OK, but my mind wants to just be a fucking downer. I need to cut myself some slack. Like jesus, it's not your fault your laptop broke! I'm telling this to the voice in the back of my head. You fucking asshole let me have a good day for once.

Ending 2025 with a dead PC and a broken chair and desk. Starting next year with a lot of debt. I don't need money. I just need a break. Everything has been falling apart since October, and it just gets worse everyday.

Every time I see my laptop screen flicker, I feel like I'm being stabbed in the nuts. I need to get a monitor asap. I can't draw for 2 hours straight cus' it's so annoying. Just die already, so I can justify getting a new one.

Got the swamp gooch taken out from my laptop today. It's smooth like butter now but I still have some issues on my internal display.

It's quite poetic that my PC waited for my Samus piece to be done before it broke. My SSD crashed when I was working on it but the file didn't get corrupted. I didn't appreciate it breaking when I'm 2 sessions away from completing a commission though.

Made some diagnosis. My laptop needs a new thermal paste, crashes on my SSD was probably caused by my CPU throttling. Getting a quote tomorrow. I'm also planning on getting a new wifi card and a new SSD.

Just checked out HORSES. I get why it was banned on Steam, the game is disturbing but it gives you something to think about. I've seen the premise before many times and Horses executed it in their own unique way. Get it on GOG if you can.

My drawing PC wants to yeet itself but I'm gonna make it last month. Never getting anything from Asus again. I'm planning on buying refurbished laptops but resellers like to overprice it here. Might get one that I'll pay monthly installments if I can't get a secondhand.

People talking about genetics being a factor in drawing. I don't know if it's true or not. My great grandad, grandad, and dad have an affinity with doing things with their hands, and they have technical drawing skills. I think I inherited the affinity but not skills cus' I had to work for it.

If I had a nickel every time a con gets my artist name wrong. I'd have at least 1-2 a year. I don't mind it though, the name is super weird. It's literally just me trying to type "Suki" in a weird way so it gets accepted at game that I was playing all the time.

Holy shit! This was a nightmare. The minute I got to god ranks, the bots can teleport, all their moves are homing and they block everything unless it's a counter hit. I remember having a hard time reach Dark Lord on Easy when I was kid. I got the rank this on Ultra Hard today.

Why is there a Metroid in Tekken 5? I've been having fun with the game. Managed to crack the bots, sidestepping/ducking in the right time and fishing for counter hits is key. Otherwise, mashing will always be against your favor.

If there's a SIGNALIS 2, I will be expecting a stalker Replika that torments the player at certain parts of a level culminating in a boss fight. Corrupted Replikas that can shoot might be overkill.

I wanna get into Trench Crusade. Models are impossible to get where I'm from. Its one of those hobbies that you have to marry cus' of the money and time your gonna spend.

Anna is my main in this game btw. I can play most of the top tiers but I try not to cus' they're very broken.

Thanks for helping me out with finding a legit rom. Fell in love with the game again. Tekken got more fun now that I'm no longer on the loop with fighting games nowadays. T5 has one of the hardest bot in the franchise so I'm not missing out cus' I'm not playing against humans.

Got into a rabbit hole of emulation and retro plug-and-play consoles. Emulation is fun and interesting until it's time to find the roms files. We're already into deep, like might as well tell me where T5DR's ISO for the PSP is. Bamco wouldn't even put them on PC.
