A couple #Aethernity sketches I did

Was feeling down and unproductive. Before I had to go somewhere, I was like "...you know what, probably should draw a head just for practice sake" Drew this in around 10 minutes, no timer needed. Before it would take 40-50 minutes. Hey, guess I came a long way :)

I don't want to ask someone to draw my favourite ship because then that means I'm not good enough to do it myself

Seen a couple tweets here and there about a certain Aeyaka artist, idk what exactly happened. But hey, at least it’s not “the ONLY Aeyaka artist” and it’s just “one of the Aeyaka artists”. You Aeyaka fans have one artist still alive and kicking

Holy shit. I've been challenging myself to draw faster since I'm super slow and it comes out ass anyways. Back then, I would take 40-50 minutes to draw a single Raiden head. Now? 7 minutes

There's one non-Aether Genshin ship I'm interested in and might consider drawing someday, but I might piss a lot of people off LOL. Realistically I won't be drawing this ship anytime soon because Aethernity is my fav and also some other creative reasons. I'll see though

Damn, when it comes to head drawings only, Raiden is the most comfortable character to draw by a long shot... Was thinking about being a dual Aethernity/Shenther artist and occasional Aerina, but think I should just main Aethernity and make Shenther secondary and Aerina third

Had a debate with a few people to understand Yaether, mainly Yae in her story quest. Now I’m afraid I might’ve made someone lose interest in the ship 😢

Wish there were more social circles for Aether x Girl artists to get together and chat. I tried running one, but my insecurities about my art abilities compared to everyone else made me drop it. We all got the fire and drive, the extra step to connect with each other and motivate one another is-

Weird to admit, but one thing that helped me continue to draw is a sense of “duty” for helping the Aether x Girl ship crowd. For the amount of people who feel like they can’t draw, I feel as someone who can draw “okay enough” I should try to draw the ships people want to draw if they “could”

I realized the more I count and double check edge cases, I will have to redo the counting......sigh

This is what the data is looking like atm. Still have to count the rest and ultimately it won't be perfectly accurate.

Another fact I'm noticing when counting The ship with the most varied number of artists is Aerina. Does not mean Aerina has the most art (haven't found the total yet), but you see a lot more different artist names

As I was looking up stuff, I just thought "Has anyone made an Aether x Signora art in 2023? Surely not right?" Wrong, someone did, and I think they're the only person. Insanity

Holy shit, counting this many is gonna be a pain in the ass. And I definitely know I'm missing some people. Anyone want to help me count? lol

Current finding so far: In 2023, Midori made - 23 Aeyaka art - 4.5 Shenther art - 3 Aerina art - 1 Aethernity art - 0.5 Aemiya art Total Aether x Girl drawing count: 32

Alright, screw it. I'm gonna try to give a count of how many Aether x Girl ship drawings were made in 2023, and see how things go from here
