Something I always wanted to have in a tracking plan tool: auto-population of descriptions and examples. Now I added it to the HipsterDataPlan. My current optimization metric is time to the v1 version of a tracking plan. This saves me 30-60m easily.

Ok, a year ago, I would have said a definite no to building a tracking plan/setup tool. But things have changed. I now have a way to generate really high-quality tracking plans with GenAI, so now I'll build the frontend for it. I'll keep you posted.

One thing that I can't get out of my head. What if most digital products are compromises made too early? You rush to product market fit, but is your product that good to make a difference in the long term? Did you start to bake in features you are not passionate about because they seem reasonable?

This is my first AstroJS project, and I am not really a good front-end dev. The hydration thing still is causing headaches, but it is getting better every day. I guess I need to invest some time in watching some more videos about the basic concepts.

Ok, the lesson progress status tracking has been added. We send events to Tinybird when a lesson starts and one when it is completed. Based on that, I built a query to return for each lesson the current status for the user. And we call this API to use this information on the page.
