so many aspects of OSDDID are already so isolating and then you turn to the community and a vast majority of it is kids roleplaying and people who are spreading (very dangerous) misinformation. it’s so fucking impossible to find actual community and friends with this shit

I’ll hear elevator-ass music and add it to [alter]’s playlist to lowkey make fun of them and three days later they’ll be like “who added this song? great work thanks, I like it :)” can’t even play with this dude they like their chill music too much😭

I think it’s kinda funny and cute that a lot of ppl with DID who were super creative and into character creation just assumed that alters were OCs. in a kind of morbid way lol but I think it’s sweet. me and my annoying OCs who I’ve developed so well they talk to me nonstop and control my actions

it’s rly funny remembering certain things from when I was younger while knowing now I have DID. one of my famous catchphrases as a tween was “I don’t remember saying that, but it sounds like me so I believe you”

it’s really funny to me that a lot of alter tells are specifically related to speech. I start spamming a word and I instantly know which part I am bcuz nobody else says “indeed”

lowkey feel embarrassed and out of place alongside a lot of other ppl with DID bcuz I have so many kid alters who r insanely active. the host gang plus eight children from the ages of 5-12
