Not a fan of paying $60 for a folded piece of paper with my photo taped in it but this annual tradition means it’s almost time for the WEC race in Japan 😍

Just got caught up with the first Supercars endurance race of the year at the Bend and umm yeah…what an absolute snoozer. No SC periods and similar strategy led to a pretty boring race overall. The track itself is fine but it all kinda looks the same on TV. I can never tell what turn they’re at.

Fun day out with the Leica in Montreal for the second race of Grand Prix de Cyclistes. I hadn’t been to Quebec for six years and it definitely won’t be another six until I’m back.

Day 1 in Prague. I’m jet lagged as hell but the light was too nice to stay in so I wandered to the touristy areas and snapped a few pics. Can’t wait for a proper stroll around town tomorrow. But now, sleep.

With Matt Crafton retiring from full-time racing, we need to discuss my favourite part of his lore: His NASCAR Xfinity series career. He made four total starts from 2013-2014, all for RCR in the No. 33. He had two 3rd-place finishes, one 10th, and one 12th for a career avg finish of 7th. Legend.

After 48 consecutive positive reviews (out of 48 stays), an Airbnb host gave me a negative review and lied about how we left the house. Communication was not challenging. We were without hot water for half the stay and you gaslit the checkout time. You’re a bad host.

Every time I’m at a race event in Germany, I’m blown away by the sheer number of New York Yankees caps. It’s similar at races in Italy and France. According to a German colleague Yankees caps are kinda just what the stores sell there and many people apparently don’t even know it’s a sports team.

I have returned to this app and look forward to chatting with all the motorsport fans! Not sure why I left.

DTM Round 4 is one of the best car races I can remember watching. That was INCREDIBLE. DTM has some of the best racing in the world right now.
