apparently if you want video links to play right from in bsky you have to turn on these settings, It was something that annoyed me so I'm surprised that its not on by default (I'm sure there's a good reason for it)

getting feedback on your showreel and portfolio is definitely one of the best things you can do to improve your chances of getting a job.

I got into the second round of interviews for an internship with Weta the other day, sadly I didn't get chosen but it was still really cool to talk to the head of lighting and get feedback for my showreel!

motion capture! was fun to be in the suit, but motion editing is tedious.
