Happy 250th birthday to the one and only Jane Austen! 🥳 Rose Library is fortunate enough to have first editions of all of Jane Austen's published works, as well as notable later editions. These original editions were published in 3 (or 4) volumes, called triple deckers.

Whether its at a community event or the mall - it's a tradition for many families to take photos with Santa each year! 🎅 While the practice began in mid 19th century, it became more popular in the 20th century as access to photography (and mall Santas) increased. 📸: Langmuir photograph collection
