More Dragons because Dragon Con this week! I'll be in my usual spot, doing my usual things, because I've become boringly predictable. Maybe I should buy one of those flying surfboard things to rebel against aging gracefully. Then I'd have a much more interesting story when I fall and break my hip.

"You no can has my pretty house!" I learned a lot in the early days. 90% of what I've learned in 20 years happened in the first two. It can happen fast when you have a ticking clock as your savings burn, reminding you that if you fail, it's back to the fry Mines of McDonalds.

What a difference a couple of decades makes. Dragon Con is in a couple weeks, so I've got scales on the brain. Sometimes it's good to look back and see how you've progressed. I feel better about myself now. Getting old isn't all wrinkles and creaky joints!

The semi-euphoric exhaustion has finally dissipated, and I'm caught up from Gen Con. Just in time to prep for Dragon Con. In the words of Whitesnake "Here I go Again." (Which will be in the soundtrack to my upcoming broadway hit "Nascar: the Musical. I'm totally winning a Tony award.)
