I really don’t know why I try so hard

Starting to really not like my job. Don’t get me wrong, I love the hard work and learning all the machines and stuff, but it feels like there is no growth here. Someone who has been here 10+ years is only making a dollar more than me, and I’m at new hire wage. Makes me wonder why I’m trying here.
