Why wanting to work small shift is considered bad/problematic when they magically expect us to still be a present parent is beyond me. I'm just tired to negotiate my way in a job that could allow me to work the shift of a retired* so I can be present for my kid for her childhood.

The amount of things that CAN be recycled is CRAZY and I do not understand why it is not more regulated so we see less recyclabes in the trash but also why in the name of ''profit'' things that CAN be recycled but are hard to will get trashed especially with such a plastic crisis.

I hate that the only help that exist for neurodiverses folks with invisible disabilities are the lowest of the lowest jobs that nobody want to do in the first place because they know their worth. Once you're at said job you're meet with infantilizing behaviors because they label you as incapable.
