He smirked, giving a small nod.. "Yeah.. I won't be at 100% for a while.."

He nods a bit. "Yeah.."

"Just takes practice.." He said gently

"And then it is really just finding a rhythm and staying balanced.."

"Alright.. and now.. You're throwing a punch out of form. You really don't want to extend that much.." He said, also walking her through a proper form for punches.

"Alright.. Fists closer together.." He said, beginning to move her body carefully. "More on the balls of your feet.. Not your entire foot.. You want to be able to bounce back and forth.."

He would nod, giving a small smile to her. "Alright.. get into a fighting stance.."

He would nod. "Not right now if you don't want to that is.."

He looked away nervously, sighing. "Uhh.. I-I can teach you how to fight if you'd like.. if nothing else than to defend yourself..."

He reached up to catch her, pulling her close and into a tight hug suddenly- He stood there for a couple moments before backing off. "S-s-sorry.."

"Both your punch and jab.. one immediately after the other.."

As they weren't together, he was able to deflect the jab as well. "Now.. put them together.."

He was able to deflect it, though a follow up wiuld have hit him. "Follow the hit up with a jab.."

He watched her for a moment.. "Steady.. catch your balance.."

He raised a brow, expecting a swing back before he steadied himself again

He'd throw a punch, though it was a lot slower than usual, and the form was sloppy.

He would nod, turning tocher and raising his fists. "Wheneber you're ready."

"Haha.. I think you'll beat me actually.." He said, moving to wrap his hands in tape.

He would nod, turning off the treadmill before stepping off and walking towards the small ring set up.

He looked to her in surprise, clearly not expecting it. "Uhh.. s-sure- where did that come from?"

It would surprise him if she asked for one actually

He is currently silent, doing a small jog on the treadmill.. his eyes distant, lost in thought.
