Final cardiologist appointment tomorrow. Thought I was getting my bloodwork done in the morning, but I had a miscommunication with my dad and now I’m going next Monday. (I don’t drive and would rather save the money on Lyfts if I can.) So, another week of anxiety about that I fear. 🙃

Just cried over an Eddie Munson on TikTok. 2022 is SO back.

I had my grandma in my life for such a long time. I was 19 when she died. She was 95. I was so lucky, but there’s never enough time with the people you love. I just miss her so much and there are so many things I wish I could’ve done differently especially when I was a teenager.

My dad was cleaning out the attic and found some random card my grandma had given me who knows how long along. Grief is strange. It’s been 8 years since she passed, but seeing her handwriting made out to me is enough to make me cry. Something so simple and it’s my heart is breaking all over again.

Things locally for me are still very red/far right after yesterday’s election, but I’m trying to remind myself that one day I will get out of here. 🥲

There are still so many battles to fight, but I think that after the election last year many of us, myself included, needed to be reminded that not all hope is lost. Hope and community are how we survive the next 3 years. Please remember to vote in the 2026 midterms. It’s incredibly important.

It’s nice to experience an election night that fills you with hope instead of dread. There were so many historic and hopeful wins tonight. This is a reminder that all elections matter no matter how “big” or “small”. If your voice didn’t matter, there wouldn’t be people trying to silence it.

Not some marketing company sending me a text about setting up a Zoom interview tomorrow. Girl, it’s 10:30 PM. Contact me during business hours. 😭 Not to sound dramatic, but that’s a red flag for me.

Bloodwork plans changed and I am now going on the 17th in the morning/early afternoon then going to the cardiologist later in the afternoon. Double whammy. 🥲
