The convention I was supposed to go to in April just got canceled. 😀

People are talking about more snowstorms next week. It’s going to be March.

I was supposed to pick up an extra day of work tomorrow and I was going to put that money towards Awesome Con next month, but we’re going to be closed now, understandably, due to the snow. My boss I think is considering being closed on Wednesday. I fear I can’t afford to lose a day of planned work.

It looks insane outside. 😀

The wait for Season 2 of X-Men '97 has me feeling like Gambit on the Blackbird waiting to arrive on Genosha.

I made it home just in time because it’s getting really bad out. 🥲

Of course, the dry mouth mostly subsides the day after I buy mouthwash specifically for it.

The concept of going to work tomorrow when we’re supposed to be getting a blizzard.

The worst part about this new medication so far is the horrible taste I have in my mouth and the constant dry mouth. Otherwise, I’m feeling good, but it’s kind of annoying because I don’t know if it’ll go away at some point or if this is my new normal. 🙃

3 weeks till I reunite with my favs. 🥳

After a little over a month of coming off of what I was on and fully being on nothing for a week, I start the new medication tomorrow night. I made the mistake of reading about it a bunch over the past month, so I’m anxious as hell about it, but that’s on me, I guess. The internet can be insane.

Alright, I purchased my train tickets. (I jumped on it because my god the prices were high and I didn’t want to lose the cheapest options.), Now I have to give in and buy the convention ticket, and hopefully figure out my hotel situation, but this is happening and I’m very happy.

I have to get a hotel and travel sorted and a ticket purchased, but things have changed and I’m able to go to Awesome Con next month. 😭♥️

I feel so normal about the way Gambit is holding Rogue and the way her hand is placed on his face. No one has ever been normal about something than I am about their hand placement here.

Had a client lay into me about our pricing (which I have no control over) and they threatened to never come back and then I had another client bring me a cookie because I'm so sweet and good to her (her words, not mine.) all within an hour.

I AM SO NORMAL ABOUT THIS. I HAVE NEVER BEEN MORE NORMAL ABOUT SOMETHING THAN I AM ABOUT THIS. SO INCREDIBLY NORMAL!!!

I’m so desperate for '97 news and content that I'm excited about an Archangel figure getting announced.

I feel so normal about the Marvel Rivals roguegambit wedding. I have never felt more normal about anything in my life. (I also feel incredibly normal about Gambit’s ear cuff, in case you were wondering.)

I can't say I enjoyed these issues all that much, but at least the cover art is pretty.

These were two big in-person finds for me last year. I grabbed the first one at NYCC in October and the second one at Super Jersey Expo in April. These covers are gorgeous and a major win for me with two of my favorite characters together.

Now finally reading.

I’m still devastated that I can't go to Awesome Con next month.
