I often wonder how things from one game would play in another game. Stuff like swapping levels from A Hat In Time and literally any 3D Mario game, or TouHou bosses getting thrown into Deltarune. The Karters 2's workshop is basically that? But, like? A kart racer? And surprisingly consistently good?

We need more ARPGs like The Slormancer. I don't want a perfectly balanced ecosystem, I want WEIRD skills with BIZARRE upgrades and status effects like "Delighted" and "Tormented" and combos that just break the damned game. Which can only really be done in a single player only ARPG, but still.

You know, I'm usually a "think to myself" kinda guy on social media, but just this once, I'll speak a thought. I love how Arc Raiders and The Finals seem to have this design philosophy that's like... easy core mechanics, but obscure minor complexity.
