yes, I tried KH3’s Switch 2 demo. Seems to run about the same as it did on base PS4. Capable of hitting 60 FPS, but generally hovers more around 30. Not that Switch 2’s recording feature will let you see that.

I got a new phone. Even through the transfer, the bird still lives.

honestly just KH and OoT remake Already have Star Fox ordered, might be tempted to do MGS at a discount. Fire Emblem I don't want to pay $80 for, so we'll see.

I saw this posted about the KH Switch 2 ports on the other place. Well, what do you know…a proper Switch 1 port of the 1.5/2.5 collection was possible the whole time…

Exactly why I did not bother with these ports, alongside the other obvious reason. At least owners get a discount on the proper port

I just realized another thing I hoped to get from the Direct, and didn’t. Switch 2 ports of RE2 and RE4 remakes…oh, and RE3 remake too…

Amazon or VGP drop and it’s mine.

I do gotta admit it’s strange they did Eternia as their first remaster of the 2D games. I think Phantasia could’ve benefited so much more, considering the Super Famicom original never left Japan, and all we’ve gotten in the west was a butchered GBA port and an even more butchered mobile port

Well, that leak that also contained a Star Fox Adventures remake (or unrelated adventure game) just became more credible… Seriously though, this and the KH ports saved that Nintendo Direct for me.

And THEN Kingdom Hearts Switch 2 ports were announced and all is forgiven!!! 🤩

Please don’t be mad… That Nintendo Direct was kind of bleh for me. It was mainly games I already knew were coming, games I wouldn’t be rushing to buy Day 1, ports of games I already own elsewhere…and wouldn’t be rushing to buy again on Switch 2…

Literally, what is going to be the point if you already own the Switch 1 version? There won't be an FPS boost, *maybe* a small resolution boost. And forget digital only, lack of save transfer just sucks. And I thought the Switch 1 cart locking off X-2 as an otherwise unobtainable DLC code was bad.

Was reading some Steam reviews of the MK Legacy Kollection. A good number of the negative ones shat on Digital Eclipse for the cheap opponent AI. And I’m like: “Seriously?” The original games were unfortunately just like that. Cheap opponents who read your moves to steal your quarters.

Honestly waiting to be disappointed when they don’t reveal anymore Switch 2 patches/upgrades. 😭 Or maybe they announce just one and make a super big deal out of it
