To finish off the Vegan Street Fair, Hifuumos got Hangar 25 Cola (a vegan product, obviously) from a local soda company. This refreshingly sweet beverage with a unique taste was the perfect drink after a long, hot day!

I've never had mushroom jerky before, so this bag from Fungi Foods blew my mind. It was so freakin good!

I also got this vegan mac and cheese, topped with mushrooms, from Fungi Foods!

Recently, Hifuumos went to a vegan street fair! There was a bunch of AMAZING food we'll share in the next few days.

I've been getting all my vegetable servings from just eating pasta sauce recently. Sounds crazy, but it's surprisingly cost-efficient AND tasty!

Hifuumos cook with soybean oil, because it is primarily comprised of polyunsaturated fat (largely linoleic acid, see kekulé structure), which tends to be somewhat healthier than the saturated fats found in butter, etc. The more you know! ᗜᴗᗜ

Despite how strange it may sound, this hot buffalo tuna actually tasted pretty good!

It may look like dark chocolate, but this was actually very sweet milk chocolate!
