Should have moved to Linux sooner. It’s easily seen how much faster it is than Windows without all the bloatware garbage. My laptop is running like new, all my programs work, and combined with pi-hole and ublock origin, have a completely ad free experience.

Got Linux Mint running on my laptop. No dualboot. Couple of quirks, but mainly software I was using (calibre, ExpressVPN). Some cli needed for ExpressVPN install, had an issue with calibre converting to Kepub with the plugins, but got them all working and it is lovely. Microsoft can go suck an egg

Officially installing Linux Mint. Bye bye Microsoft. PC gaming is too expensive and Linux is becoming more viable anyway I refuse to allow Microsoft to take any office doc I create and train Copilot with it. As well as the plethora of other data they take. Libreoffice is viable for most people.

Been playing Borderlands 4 on PS5 pro and it’s been great! Couple of little bugs, but it’s been really smooth and the gameplay is fun as hell.
