Yesterday (10/28/25) crowds of protestors foiled an ICE raid in lower Manhattan. The protestors are patriots! ICE agents in military gear with masked faces enforcing illegal orders dreamt up by the monstrous Stephen Miller and okayed by a deranged President of the United States are the criminals.

I once saw a play called, "The Persecution and Assassination of Jean-Paul Marat as Performed by the Inmates of the Asylum of Charenton Under the Direction of the Marquis de Sade." I am now seeing death and destruction by the insane at the direction of a deranged narcissist. Seems very similar.

Posse Comitatus Act: This law prohibits the use of U.S. military forces for domestic law enforcement purposes unless OKed by the Constitution or Congress. Trump sending troops to our cities was illegal. The troops were required by law to refuse to go. Lay the victims at Trump's bone-spurred feet.

Two civilians illegally called to active National Guard duty on American city streets are shot. Trump responds: Send 500 more troops to D.C. That's like if the fox gets in the hen house and kills the hens, well then by Christ send in more hens!

This Trump attack on Mark Kelly is insane. The Code of Military Justice says very plainly that servicepersons "shall not follow illegal orders" and may be "liable for prosecution if they do." Get your fat Trumpy fingers off that loyal American.

A Georgia prosecutor asked a judge tp dismiss Trump's case for overthrowing the 2020 election, arguing, “It is not illegal to question or challenge election results.” But Trump asked the state's Attorney General to "find 11,000 votes." That's rigging the election. A judge dismissed the case anyway.

The French are up in arms because a general said they must be prepared to "lose our children" if Russia attacks them. They should take a look at Ukraine and the children the Ruskies have blown to pieces. With the US backing away, France--and all of Europe=--needs to understand the stakes.

Trump has not only damaged our country, he has dishonored it by handing Ukraine an ultimatum demanding it submit to Putin's "peace" terms. He's sold out America to Russia, given the finger to our allies in Europe, destroyed any trust others may have in us, and proved us unworthy of leadership.

Trump says Dems urging military to refuse to obey illegal orders commit "treason and should be executed." The Uniform Code of Military Justice: "Service members have a duty to refuse illegal orders. An illegal order is one that violates the Constitution, U.S. laws, or international law." A DUTY!

According to today's NY Times, the CDC no longer rejects the link between vaccines and autism, despite the science that disproves such a link. So now reality is whatever goons like RFK Jr. says it is. But the truth is that vaccines save lives. Millions upon millions of lives. Worldwide.

I have three questions about the impending release of the Epstein files: 1) Have they been scrubbed clean of any mention of Trump, and if so, who did the scrubbing? 2) Will Republicans hang up the files' release in procedural and legal snares? PLUS: Can we have a date certain for the release?

The handful of Democrats who decided to give the Republicans what they wanted in order to re-open the government just threw 20 million Americans into a health-care pit where they'll have to choose between medical care and feeding their families. I say primary them all.

I'm in the checkout line at the market and a young teen is bagging my goods. To give him a boost, I say, "Did you know that David Letterman got his start by bagging groceries at his local market?" The kid looks at me with a blank stare and says, "Who's David Letterman?"

Chris Hayes writes about Spanberger's huge win in Virginia: "The weirdest, most unnerving thing is how little the Republican Party seems to care about this." My guess is that Republicans have big plans to cheat and abuse the American system of government to guarantee themselves a win in 2028.
