Thrilled to see this out! I was fortunate to work w/a tremendous @rand research team on a sUAS project sponsored by 18th Airborne Corps. My focus was on maximizing the army's sUAS training ecosystem from the unit-level to institutional army. 1/

When I was still fighting my forced discharge, I told my chain of command over and over that these policies wouldn't break me. Ultimately, they didn't. What broke me was how easily and quickly I was abandoned. What broke me was realizing how much of the "profession" was smoke and mirrors.

My kid is obsessed with Marvel, DC, and Disney so we got him a bookcase to display his museum pieces. He never takes them out of their cases. Going to add a couple of floating shelves because I foolishly thought this would be enough room.

I'm no PhD economist, but did a massive, cross-sector tax hike on consumer goods and industrial precursors make doing business in the US more expensive or less expensive? Explain it to me like I'm Peter Navarro, Howard Lutnick, or Scott Bessent.

Both of these guys are full of shit. I attended CGSC in 2009. Taught there ‘12-13 and ‘23-25. There is no “Globalism” instruction, not that either of these clowns could define it anyway.

From a low level insider, the baseline reaction described here is directionally correct. The sense of anger, however, was less that there was a deal with Tehran, it’s that the deal was elevated over Snowden, Ukraine, Syria, and the response to the Islamic State. A moderate win bracketed by loss.

The reason Napoleon won SO MANY of his battles and wars of choice was his deeply competent “HEAVY” staff that allowed him to partition his army into independent corp sized contingents that could act independently on a strategic, operational, and tactical level. His marshals were DEEPLY COMPETENT.

Like many Americans, I’m a generation removed from poverty. My dad grew up in a 1-room shack w/no plumbing until he was 15. When he talks about his youth, I don’t get the impression it was from a lack of effort. Also, what about the historical barriers to credit faced by minorities + women?
