A surprise strawberry plant, we planted some at the other end of the yard… birds maybe? I am all about feral strawberries 🍓

The plum trees are blooming!! Kinda tricky to a picture cause they have chicken wire armor against the deer😂 Surprised and delighted as we just put this one in last fall I think.

This maple log has been in timeout for something like two years (too knotty) and has grown this mushroom stuff, I believe the tendril/ runner things are part of the fungus. I have seen the runners in decomposing cedar before but not so much the glob part… Any one know who they are?
