As if it were a surprise, the One Battle After Another score by Johnny Greenwood is a terrific listen. That also makes it two for two for movies starring Teyana Taylor in a leading role with amazing film scores. #AThousandAndOne

Finally got in my first @beyondfest.bsky.social screening for this year, and it was a great one. THE FURIOUS from director Kenji Tanigaki is a wild martial arts action film to look forward to, with a gonzo final brawl full of crazy shifts.

Having been burned by so many lazy comedy legacy sequels, it was refreshing to watch #SpinalTapII and see a group of very funny performers expand beyond the familiar and actually deliver something with merit that’s often hilarious and, at the very least, amusing and heartfelt.
