Someone needs to republish the colour of magic with a big "DON'T START HERE" label on it. Light Fantastic is also pretty bad. Equal Rites is better but not great. Wyrd Sisters he actually gets good. Pyramids is great, and then Guards! Guards! Onwards is fantastic.
